Oasis Audiology exists in part because of the generosity of Dr. Nicholas Hamill of Pacific Otolaryngology. Upon his retirement, Dr. Hamill gifted Oasis Audiology with much of its equipment and an introduction to his patients. Oasis Audiology is dedicated to making Dr. Hamill proud and continuing his legacy of providing the highest quality of patient care.

Setsuko Murakami, Au.D., has worked with both children and adults since 2003. She earned her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University and her Master of Science in Audiology and Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Murakami has worked at a variety of clinical settings, including the House Ear Institute and the House Clinic in Los Angeles, in addition to Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. She has been fortunate to also work at private practices in both Hawaii and Washington state. Her current focus is working with adults, providing diagnostic audiological evaluations and hearing aid fitting and care.

Oasis Audiology is located in a triangular building just off the I-5 Tacoma Mall Blvd/S 56th St (west) exit. Our office is upstairs, in a shared building with King Lasik and Ben Bridge. We are currently not accepting walk-in appointments or equipment drop offs, so please call ahead, and we would be more than happy to add you to our schedule.
